When you create an account, you receive a 3-day experience period with access to all WritixAI features, completely free. This lets you test the platform thoroughly — the AI agents, content and SEO tools, translation, images and study tools — and decide whether WritixAI is right for you, at zero investment.

Simply sign up, create your account, and explore the full feature set before choosing to upgrade.

Refunds Are Generally Not Eligible

Because every user can experience all features free of charge for 3 days before purchasing, paid plans are generally not eligible for a refund. We strongly encourage you to use your free 3-day experience period to evaluate WritixAI fully before upgrading to a paid plan.

Special-Case Refunds (Within 7 Days)

We understand that exceptional situations can arise. In genuine special cases, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

A special-case refund is not automatic. It is reviewed individually by the WritixAI team, and is granted only where the team is satisfied that the circumstances genuinely qualify. Examples of situations that may be considered include a billing or duplicate-charge error, or the service being unavailable for an extended period. The final decision rests with the WritixAI team.

How to Request a Refund

To request a special-case refund, contact the WritixAI team within 7 days of your purchase at writixai@techsgenius.org or through our contact page. Please include your account email and a clear explanation of your situation so the team can review it.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period to the original payment method used for the purchase.
